‘apologies for blanks or laments for dumbness: Tina Darragh’s Opposable Dumbs as open source and/or open content’, has just been published in the open access online journal C21 Literature: journal of 21st-century writings, 4(1), p.4. (2016) DOI: http://doi.org/10.16995/c21.4
The essay looks at Darragh’s work in relation to questions of open source / FLOSS and of copyleft. It mixes playful responses to the text, close reading of sections and draws on critical commentators in the field.
On Wednesday 17th February I will be performing at The Other Room, Manchester. I will present a version of the performance ‘his voice’ commissioned by Counter Plymouth Art Book Fair 2015.
