Over the past two decades I have gained experience of teaching and management in higher education across courses in writing, performance and art. In the same period I have published and engaged in research in these fields, and continue to extend my art practice in relation to this activity. I have a Diploma in Fine Art, and BA, MA and PhD qualifications in areas of English Literature, Theatre and Poetry, and completed a PGCHE at Falmouth University in 2009. Current activity includes supervision and examination at Masters and PhD level, and involvement with curriculum development and innovation in learning and teaching.
