Presented as part of Alytus Biennial 2, Alytus, Lithuania 24th to 26th August, 2007.
Figure and Ground was a two-day installation and performance where four shirts were modified using printed blue and white fabric sourced locally. Over the two days a text was generated, and a short concluding action was performed at the end of the second day where this text was read out and pairs of shirts were attached to two trees in the nearby woods.
