Presented as part of Geekfest on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May 2008, Branksome Dene Community Room, Poole, Dorset.
An installation and performance as part of a two-day mini-festival on a Bank Holiday weekend by the beach at Branksome Dene, Dorset. Each participating artist was given a cardboard hut to respond to as the basis for their artwork. I created a cover for the hut, and a reduced sand-filled version. I then performed an action with recorded text referencing the context of the beach, the body as displayed on the beach, and attending to the male body in parts.
